Prior to beginning in the the Real Estate Industry in May of 2016 I help in managing family owned businesses along side my own business. I continue to over see these business with a great management team. During that time I also purchased and managed my own real estate investments both commercial and residential. That passion for real estate brought me to my next career as a Realtor. In the real estate industry I have the opportunity to work and help people with what typically is the largest purchase in their lives using my prior business experience. The process at times can seem over whelming for people when buying or selling a home. With attention to details communication negotiating skills and keeping the transaction organized I help to make the experience less stressful and more rewarding.
In 2017 as my business grew I established the Chuck Honabach Team and shortly thereafter the team joined Realty ONE Group Unlimited in the city of Lancaster. This move provided our team the ability to navigate in the tech world of real estate which is most aligned with the buyers and sellers of today. With the Chuck Honabach Team the primary focus is YOU the client. One priority most important is providing excellent customer service while representing you in your best interest. Agents on the team specialize in working both buyers and sellers with a high level of expertise and experience. Don't just take my word for it. Feel free to contact me 717-413-6210. I'm always happy to meet you for coffee and learn what your overall goals are how I can help with your next home purchase or sale.
