His studies in communications and creative writing at Penn State sharpened his ability to advocate clearly and persuasively—skills that now help him negotiate deals with precision and confidence.
Before real estate, Dave co-owned/operated a commercial painting company, giving him a hands-on understanding of construction quality, property value, and what truly makes a home stand out. He later took his talents to Atlanta, where he excelled in GM automotive sales and graduated top of his class from MAADA, mastering the art of negotiation. Today, he channels that same competitive edge into real estate—fighting smart, staying strategic, and always protecting his clients’ best interests.

Outside of real estate, Dave's known for his vocal talents in the Crooner band, “VanArsdale And Platts,” where his passion for connecting with people shines through.
