Hall of Fame Quarterback Roger Staubach said "There are no traffic jams along the extra mile". My clients will say that as I've helped them buy or sell a home, I've shown that "extra mile" service throughout our time together AND after the sale. If you want to connect with an agent that will go the "extra mile", then let's talk. The "extra mile" approach will help you find a home more easily and get your current home in front of more people - period.
As a full time real estate veteran I know that you have choices when selecting an agent. It's easy for agents to smile, be engaging, and tell you what you want to hear. All realtors will claim to do a good job for you...after all who ever heard of a realtor saying "don't pick me...I don't know what I'm doing"?
Because of my long list of satisfied clients, I find the more and more that I work by referral. Even with a busy schedule, I am happy to learn about YOU, your needs in a home, your expectations of your agent, and your greatest real estate fears and dreams.
