Sara Kochel

Sara is charismatic driven and accommodating. Her success in business is driven by her meticulous attention to detail and a great sense of humor. Sara believes the process of buying or selling a home should be enjoyable yet executed with precise calculation and expert planning.

Sara's business management background led to a position as Office Manager of a long-standing boutique Real Estate firm in the heart of Lancaster County. Several years running this office gave Sara a thorough knowledge of the industry and enabled her to seek out licensing to become a Real Estate Agent. Her unique understanding of the ins-and-outs of the real estate transaction coupled with a vibrant personality and ability to communicate effectively help make Sara an excellent representative to clients.

When Sara is not helping clients buy and sell real estate she is more than likely accompanying her husband and their four children to their many activities. Sara's family is the reason she is so driven and detailed with her work. She understands the importance of a home that flows well for individuals and their various styles of living. When the work and sports are done you'll likely find Sara and her crew outside whether that be hiking mountains or relaxing on beaches. Sara is a Lancaster native with her landing spot being "The Coolest Small Town" Lititz!
